About Me

I am a computational biologist and digital artist focused on cancer systems biology, multi-omics data integration, and statistical modeling. I currently work as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Helsinki.

My research is centered around identifying cancer vulnerabilities and synthetic lethality interactions using data-driven and network-based approaches.
